Janus has 20 years of experience in Financial Services. Prior to CAP one, Janus was the Vice President of Deutsche Bank AG and Associate Director of DBS Private Bank. During his banking stint, he was an investment adviser to high net worth families, corporates and institutions in the region. Janus possess extensive financial and corporate experiences in various markets across Greater China, Southeast Asia and Middle East where he provided financial services to high net worth families, sovereign wealth funds and corporations.

Yuanita has 18 years of experience in Financial Services. Prior to CAP one, she was the Director of Financial Markets Sales for Corporates, Standard Chartered Bank and managed the hedging and investment needs of local corporates. Responsible for tailoring and customizing solutions for corporates across multiple asset classes. She is also currently the strategic director of a leading dental and healthcare chain, spearheading their expansion in Asia.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, Julien Machot is a former UHNW Private Banker at EFG Bank turned private equity investor and fintech entrepreneur at the helm of VERSO Holdings headquartered in Luxembourg.                   

Julien boasts an impressive track record in technology private equity having deployed over USD 600 million since 2017. With a passion for investing, he has invested in over 50 companies at the fore front of innovation in finance, mobility, biotech and foodtech. Julien is committed to QDLP and QFLP investing at CAP 1 and aims to back novel technologies, share his experience to impact governance and offer his guidance to achieve tangible results and measurable impact.

Amy has 20 years of experience in Financial Services, most recently as the Bangkok-based CEO of a financial securities company, licensed by the Thai Ministry of Finance and approved and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. Amy has been involved in pre-IPO investments on behalf of the family, of which 15 companies are now listed. In addition, she has been involved with the rehabilitation of distressed companies and assets. 

Mr. Chen is currently a Managing Director of FineWill Holdings. He has over 15 years of experience in cross-border transaction and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. Prior to FineWill Holdings, he was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Advisory China where his responsibilities range from deal sourcing, investment decision, deal structure, equity divestment advisory to the operational aspect of their Shanghai office. From his years of working in PWC, he has accumulated an extensive network such as Fortune 500 companies and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Leveraging on this network of contacts, presently, many of his clients have become his anchor investors.

Benjamin is the Associate Director for Enterprise Development Group, where he is responsible for managing financial operations, executing investment and M&A transactions. Additionally, he oversees and manages a portfolio of fintech companies and supports their expansion into new markets, always with a view to creating maximum value for investors. Leveraging his expertise in strategic planning and execution, Benjamin guides investee firms through the complex process of entering new markets, while also ensuring sustainable growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from Singapore Management University.

Mr. Li is currently the Managing Partner of FineWill Holdings. He has over 10 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity landscape. Prior to establishing FineWill Holdings, he is the investment director of PingAn Group China, one of the biggest insurers in the region, where he was in charge of early-stage technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sector investments. Before PingAn Group, he was the investment director of Shanda Group, a multi-national early-stage venture, and private equity investment firm. Apart from the venture capital landscape, he is also well-versed in compliance roles where he was an Audit Senior in Deloitte. Over the years, Li’s notable investments include Worktrans, Mighty Jaxx, IGG Inc and Shebao Tech.

Dr. Lim has been in the VC and PE fund management industry in Asia for more than 40 years. Over the years, he has worked in various senior management positions for some large regional and multinational organizations, including The Singapore Technologies Group, The NatSteel Group, The Rothschild Group, Swiss Banking Group UBS AG, State-owned Vietcombank in Vietnam and became the First Non-Muslim CEO of Kuwait Finance House (which is one of the foremost Islamic financial institutions in the world). Dr. Lim is currently serving as a Venture Partner to Trans-Pacific Technology Fund and as an Independent Director on the boards of a couple of multi-billion publicly listed companies. He is an Independent Director of NASDAQ listed company (TOMI), SGX listed Jumbo Group, SGX listed OUE Limited and BURSA listed V.S. Industry Berhad. Additionally, he regularly shares his fund management experience at the Singapore Management University and Singapore University of Technology & Design, delivering lectures relating to VC/PE to Master Degree students, working professionals & SME Entrepreneurs.

Don is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, building numerous successful ventures. Prior to joining FineWill Holdings as a Director, he was the CEO of Mighty Jaxx’s branch in China where he was responsible for the company’s product manufacturing, business development, marketing, and office operations. His ability to manage cross-disciplinary departments has allowed him to have a deep understanding of the different management frameworks needed for a company to be successful. In addition, he was a director of Shuncheng Investment Singapore, a company specializing in real estate projects. His years of market experience in China and Singapore have enabled him to spot potential investment opportunities across ASEAN and China region.

Anne is a highly capable professional with a wealth of experience in the financial  industry and diverse background encompasses key positions in the investment and  consulting field. Anne played a pivotal role as an integral member of the operations team during her tenure at Cap 1 Financial Pte. Ltd. where she worked closely with the Managing Director, providing invaluable support and collaboration in various aspects of investment operations. Moreover, Anne's adeptness in establishing and nurturing  relationships with institutional investors and corporate management played a key role in enhancing the company's reputation and fostering fruitful partnerships. Through her multifaceted contributions, Anne consistently demonstrated her capability, strategic  thinking, and proficiency in achieving the goals of the business stakeholders. 

Eric has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, particularly in the fields of international trade, e-commerce, and education and training. In 2018, he joined Chungking New Gardner Enterprise Management Consulting Co. Ltd. and was tasked with industry incubation and

project investment attraction for the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity. During this period, he demonstrated a strong ability to analyze and operate projects. In 2020, Eric successfully brokered a contract for the "International Supply Chain Finance and Blockchain Platform Project" between Singapore's ADERA Company, Jiangbeizui Investment Group, and Chungking New Gardner Enterprise Management Consulting Co. Ltd. This project was strongly supported by the Big Data Bureau of Chongqing and the Singapore Information and Communication Media Development Authority (IMDA); Eric also facilitated research and development cooperation between Singapore Fragrance Technology Co., Ltd. (IP TECH PTE. LTD.) and RPSAA Technology. Additionally, he promoted cooperation between the Bishan District of Chongqing and several Singaporean enterprises, resulting in the successful implementation of various projects.
