Yuanita is the Managing Director of Cap1. Prior to joining Cap1, she was the director of financial markets Sales for Corporates of Standard Chartered Bank and managed the hedging and investment needs of local corporates. Responsible for tailoring and customizing solutions for corporates across multiple asset classes, she also spearheaded and established the Derivative Sales Desk Team in collaboration with Consumer Banking Division for the entire SME Segment. She is also currently the strategic director of a leading dental and healthcare chain, speaheading their expansion in Asia.

Janus is the Executive Director of Cap1. Prior to Cap1, Janus was the vice president of Deutsche Bank AG and Associate Director of DBS Private Bank. During his stint with DBS, he was an investment adviser to high net worth families, corporates and institutions in the region. Mr Yeo possess extensive financial and corporate experiences in various markets across Greater China, Southeast Asia and Middle East where he provided financial services to High net worth families, Sovereign Wealth Funds and corporations

Eugen is the Executive Director of Cap 1 Financial, focusing on South East Asian cross-border investments, M&A, and corporate advisory, and responsible for conceptualizing and structuring corporate financial solutions as well as for the analysis and evaluation of potential deals and projects for the firm. Prior to establishing Cap 1, Eugen was first the CFO of an investment firm and a regional luxury watch distributor and then the CFO of a private equity firm, where he was responsible for financial management and participated extensively in the origination, management and execution of investment and M&A transactions. Eugen is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, as well as a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser. He has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and is completing a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard University.

Jacky Gao is a regional executive director of Cap1 (Greater China). Jacky is a very experienced financial commissioner and entrepreneur. She has close business with mainland China, Thailand, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia and Indonesia. She has more than 10 years of business investment and management experience in oil, gas, new energy, real estate and other industries. Her team focuses on cross-regional market development and resource integration. She was the Director of Greater China in Fukuda, Singapore, and a consultant to several Singapore and Thailand financial groups. She graduated from Beijing Polytechnic University and studied MBA at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore

Ms. Petpathu Ruktanonchai has 20 years of experience in Financial Services, most recently as the Bangkok-based CEO of a financial securities company, licensed by the Thai Ministry of Finance and approved and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. Ms. Ruktanonchai has specialized in the setting up and management of securities companies, focusing on asset management, brokerage, compliance and internal audit in addition to strong contacts and interaction with government officials. Ms. Ruktanonchai has been involved in pre-IPO investments on behalf of the family, of which 15 companies are now listed. In addition, she has been involved with the rehabilitation of distressed companies and assets.

Philip Kwek joined the financial industry at the start of his career in mid-1980s as a rookie & by the age of 30, he made his ‘first pot of gold’. His better days were spent in the stockbroking industry. Unlike his cohort, Philip self-studied and consistently upgraded himself over time.He achieved his Bachelor of Science in Business & Management (2nd Class Honours First Division), University of Bradford, in 1995, apart from a few other professional papers. During his working career, Philip dealt extensively in various (stock)markets, namely Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Malaysia, US, Tokyo, London that set the bases for deal making. By the mid-2000s, apart from being the SVP, Morning Star Securities, Hong Kong, Philip also played leading roles in WG Group in Greater China, Director, Renaissance Capital Management Investment Pte Ltd, ISKRA Capital Development Co Ltd & others, sourcing for, & matching, M&A deals, advisory roles and restructuring of companies. He was also a Referral agent for Coutts Bank, 2012-14. Philip strengths are in his experiences outside his ‘job’ requirement, his vast network in Asia & his ability to stitch up deals. Currently, added to his portfolio are: Financial Advisor to a tourism acquisition, investment and development Group based in China. He is also Consultant to a Halal global e-commerce Group

Mr Frankie Sun Tan is one of Cap 1 Financial Investment Advisors. He is also the assistant to the Chairman of Hywin Financial Holding Group, which is a privately owned financial service group in Shanghai which has subsidiaries in real estate, wealth management, and local bank and securities companies. He is responsible for overseas and cross border M&A deals and acquisitions of property deals across Europe and US. He was also the Vice President of Investment banking in Core Pacific Yamaichi Securities Group, which is a specialized PE Fund raising company for IPO in H-Share and cross border M&A businesses across China, Japan, Taiwan.
